Termination and Cancellation

NTF reserves the right to cancel a confirmed trip with or without stating reasons prior for the start date of the trip. All money paid for the cancellation of confirmed trip will be refunded within 14 days from the date of notification. You may cancel a confirmed trip. However as ‘Nepal Trail Finder’ will charge you the cancellation changes listed below. The days below refer to the number of days prior to the start date of the trip purchased, and the value mentioned is the cancellation charge.

50 percent refund of total trip price for a cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the original departure date.

0 percent refund of the total trip price for a cancellation made 28 days or fewer days prior to the original departure date.

We are unable to refunds or make any changes on schedule to your booking if you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival. We book all necessary hotels, vehicle and all the things in advance so we are unable to give any refunds on short notice.  

You can make a cancellation by sending an email to ‘NTF’ clearly stating "about cancellation" email of confirmed trip; you must state any booking references that you have been given and explain your reasons for cancellation. NTF will acknowledge your cancellation within 7 working days of the date of the email. Any amount of money received that greater than the cancellation charges will be refunded. The refund  amount will be paid to you within 30 Days of a cancellation being made.

Note: There are different cancellation fees for Bhutan and Tibet Trips. Please, contact us.

Trip cancel by company

If NTF cancel your trip, your payments will be fully refunded. But, if the cancellation is due to any circumstances beyond our control, such as pandemic, civil war and natural disaster; the reasonable expenses that we have already paid for the process of your trip will be deducted.

Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory to visit in Nepalese destinations. NTF is responsible for insurance of all the staff. However, insurance of the client is on their own.Hence, client must submit their documents of insurance policy prior to the trip departure.
