Your agreement is with ‘Nepal Trail Finder Treks And Expedition Private Limited’ located at Bhagawan Bahal, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. NTF has the whole control and discretion over manners and methods by which it performs it’s services and or sells NTF and will have no authority to act to make any representation, to enter to any contract or commitment, to bind, to incur any liability or to assume or to create any obligation or responsibility expresses.

This agreement applies between you and NTF; the owner of this website, your agreement to comply with and be bound by the terms and condition is deemed to occur upon accepting these terms and condition.

Interpretations and definitions

The following terms shall have the following meanings is this agreement.

• Nepal Trail Finder ‘means Nepal Trail Finder Treks And Expedition P. Ltd.’ Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal.
• Trip means all package which sale NTF and any activities that offered for sale from NTF.
• Confirmed Trips means the trips purchased from ‘NTF’ for which a deposit has been paid or which the payment has been made full.
• You mean the person making booking.
• Trip start date means the last day on which the trip is planned to start.

Website means the webpage that you are currently using (www.nepaltrailfinder.com) and sub domains of this site unless expressly excluded , By their own terms and conditions.
